We assist our clients in all areas of criminal law and throughout the entire criminal proceedings, from the initiation of criminal proceedings to representation in court. We take on defense mandates as well as representing injured parties and victims. In particular, we are also familiar with white-collar and workplace crimes as well as with offences in road traffic and with the possibilities of preserving evidence and obtaining protective measures such as asset seizures.
We support our clients in all matters of matrimonial and family law, in particular in the structuring of property relations and the conclusion of marriage contracts, in marital separations and divorces, in property disputes and in the regulation of maintenance obligations, as well as in the regulation of cohabitation and of rights and obligations between parents and children. In doing so, we are not only active in an advisory capacity, but also represent them in court proceedings or vis-à-vis the authorities. We also regularly assist in amicable divorces and the joint drafting of agreements between spouses or cohabiting partners or between parents and children.
We are proven specialists in employment law and offer comprehensive advice to both employers and employees in all matters of employment and public personnel law, including related areas of law such as social security law, immigration law, data protection, etc. We act as a permanent legal service for companies from various industries and regularly represent both employers and employees in court. Therefore, we are familiar with the peculiarities of labor law litigation from both perspectives.
We advise our clients in all commercial and private disputes and, if necessary, represent their interests with determination, skill and vigor before all state courts in Switzerland and before arbitral tribunals and authorities. This also applies to proceedings for interim relief, attachment and seizure of assets as well as to the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. In addition, we provide expert opinions on civil procedure law and on criminal and administrative procedure law issues.
Margaux Beuchat has been working as an attorney at REBER Attorneys at Law since February 2026. She advises and represents private individuals across a range of legal matters, with a particular focus on criminal law, where she acts for both defendants and victims in criminal proceedings, as well as in family law and employment law. Prior to joining REBER Attorneys at Law, Margaux Beuchat worked as a trainee lawyer and legal associate in law firms in Zurich, and as a legal counsel for a legal expenses insurance company. In her practice, Margaux Beuchat combines empathy for the often challenging circumstances faced by her clients with the determination and assertiveness needed to protect their interests.
